I first began my employment at eighteen, my first job I remained employed at for eight years and left when I moved. Between my first job to where I am employed now, I also worked second jobs bartending. I have now been employed at my current job for five years, transitioning with the company when they changed their name. I am a highly loyal and dedicated employee, as shown by longevity at both places of employment. I work some shifts alone where I am required to manage all front of the house activities alone. This includes using the POS system, answering phones, providing top tier customer service while taking on the role of three different positions. When I work with team members, I am often in a position of shift leadership where I have to delegate my time and task as well as others to create an efficient environment. My work history shows my ability to creatively problem solve, be flexible in different environments, and show incredible discipline in time management.
