    I am thrilled to share that I have served as an Information Manager at Wehkamp Retail Group, where I played a crucial role in guiding the decision process to extract data from the ERP system and integrate it into the data analysis platform, Databricks.One of the key milestones during my tenure was the successful implementation of a real-time messaging system, Kafka, which allowed us to leverage technical event triggers from Dynamics AX. After an intensive two-month evaluation, we made the decision to utilize Kafka, enabling us to capture and process data in real-time for immediate insights and analysis.To ensure data integrity and consistency, I spearheaded the implementation of a unified data model with strict definitions, establishing a single source of truth and adopting a standardized naming convention. This initiative proved vital in harmonizing data across the organization and facilitating accurate reporting and analysis.One of my core responsibilities was rapidly providing data to business stakeholders. By streamlining data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, we were able to deliver timely and reliable data to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
