I've been designing and constructing mechanical structures since I was in elementary school. Entire days were spent working on K'nex or Meccano structures together with my engineering granddad. From this young age, I already knew I also wanted to become an engineer, with the end of my ME- master nearing I’m very close to finally reaching this old personal goal.My experiences studying mechanical engineering, my work as the full-time production manager at the University Racing Eindhoven student team, together with being a long-time member of the technical staff of my local scouting club, have led to me being able to work with my passion in both the theoretical sense, as well as, getting plenty of hand on practical experience. I find great pleasure in what I do, making sure I always deliver the best possible end products I can.I’ve been described by my (student) colleagues as a pleasant and motivating team member, my hard-working mentality and desire to tackle every possible challenge easily carries over to the people around me. I find it important that I can continue to contribute to work I personally care for, in the field of mechanics which I’m so invested in. I aspire to experience a meaningful and comfortable career, in order to continue the legacy of my awesome grandfather, that started teaching me so early on.
