Hey, how nice of you to come and take a look! I am Jorick Elshof, marketing communication specialist at Zonneplan. Here I am mainly working on measuring and improving the customer experience. Together with our customers we aim for the lowest possible energy bill.I do this from different roles: 📝 Content specialist: Imbalance, intra-day, day-ahead, Watt-peak, dynamic load balancing, bidirectional loading. Every day I am involved in explaining complex concepts in a simple way to our customers so that we can provide them with the best advice. In this way we do not make sustainability unnecessarily difficult, but transparent and fair. 🔍 CX and Market Researcher: I do research and dig for information to understand what our customers want and need and where our opportunities lie. This way we can improve the customer experience and offer an optimal offer. 🎤 Panel leader: I have set up a customer panel at Zonneplan so that we can more easily gauge how our customers feel about the developments. In this way we bring the opinions of our customers to the core of our organization even more easily. 🌟 Community manager: I can inform our customers about another record on the energy market or new cool features of the Zonneplan app. Why do I get up every day? We all want a greener world, and at Zonneplan I can really work on that. The energy transition will not happen by itself. It requires a change in our behavior and that always involves resistance. Fortunately, we have a financial incentive, because green electricity is cheaper. But that's not enough, with the price incentive and our communication we show the whole of the Netherlands that it pays to reduce your CO2 consumption.
