I am the Global Tax & Legal Financial Services Leader and serve as the National Managing Partner of the Financial Services Industry Tax Practice of Deloitte Tax LLP. I am located in the New York office. I have thirty years of finance and tax experience serving global financial services companies with banking and broker/dealer subsidiaries. My experience includes: due diligence and structuring advice relating to mergers and acquisitions; assistance with transfer pricing and cost allocation studies; federal, state and local tax planning; income tax accounting matters; and assistance with federal, state and local tax audits and tax controversies. I am a member of Deloitte's U.S. and Global Financial Services Industry Council. I rejoined Deloitte Tax LLP in 2008 after spending four years with a European bank where I served as the Chief Financial Officer of their North American operations. I received my BBA in accounting from Niagara University, and received both my JD and MBA from Case Western Reserve University. I am a New York licensed CPA and a member of the bar of both New York and Connecticut.
