At RegioFoodvalleyCirculair I am hired to support the program management and connect the region. I am most of the time facilitating and connecting conversations about Circular Economy.

Together with my team of co-owners/founders (Léon Polman, Anne-Pim van Oostveen & Max Meijer) we show a new way of looking at the world. We represent the Green Side of life and always look for the full use of material and human potential. We work locally with social working places in more than eight cities in NL & BE and only produce products made from (residual) waste. A true compassionate and important project for me repsonsible for learning many lessons in the entrepeneurial world -> Or as I say it, the world of taking action!

Started as a Franchise entrepeneur for Green Side in Wageningen. Responsible for creating the full supply chain as well as organising local sales. Experienced in working together with schools & social working places.

Levensbazen is a Dutch student community of ambitious and creative students. People that realize that amazing things happen when bringing ideas and motivation together. People that realize that it is essential to have a group of support to build on your dreams!

When studying at Wageningen University I was a teaching assistent for the course: Sociology of business & consumption. It was very interesting to learn about speaking in front of big groups as well as learning how to explain things to people in a correct way. What works? What does not?

As a part-time allround catering employer in the retirement homes of Vitalis I did many things. From service, cleaning to preparing food. It was very interesting to learn and gain experience in communicating with elderly people. Especially dealing with for example dementia.

As a supermarket (AH) stock employer this was a perfect way to gain experience in working for a company. Learning at a young age what it was like to work in a system that is larger than yourself teaches you to think about how companies work in general. What is a working culture? How to communicate with your colleagues? It is the place where I learned what working means.
