    Since its inception, I've been the guiding force for Brushfire's technology in a demanding and ever-changing e-commerce landscape. Early on it meant programming large portions of our codebase to provide focused and considered software to our fledgling customer base. Today, programming is still at the heart of what I do, but now I also must focus on managing my team and ensuring we are operating at extreme levels of scale and availability. Any given day we securely sell thousands of tickets per minute, check-in and validate tens of thousands of attendees right before an event starts, and store and manipulate hundreds of thousands of unique points of data to where they are instantly available to our customers whenever they need them. Our customers' success is how we measure our technology's success.
