A new concept at Eindhoven Airport demanded a new approach to coffee for all personnel. In order to serve exceptionally well espresso (varieties) my job was to- enthuse and train personnel,- maintenance and adjustment of the equipment,- standardize and document the workflow,- advice management on quality, efficiency, assortment and routing,- select capable staff and be functionally responsible for their actions.

Spreading the love of high-end espresso throughout the Netherlands and beyond.Our business was a mobile espresso bar en thus my main activity was on-site barista. Since the company was led by just my business partner and me, there were other related responsibilities. Mine were mainly:- customer contact & acquisition- marketing & corporate design- financial and general administration- creating and maintaining the mobile espresso bars and equipment.
