My primary responsibilities are in the scope of marketing-communication, customer contact and to bring structure in company assets.In practice, this means:- develop the business website- implement corporate design- develop merchandise- coördinate internal relocation (utilitarian).- design and implement a new file server hierarchy.

A new concept at Eindhoven Airport demanded a new approach to coffee for all personnel. In order to serve exceptionally well espresso (varieties) my job was to- enthuse and train personnel,- maintenance and adjustment of the equipment,- standardize and document the workflow,- advice management on quality, efficiency, assortment and routing,- select capable staff and be functionally responsible for their actions.

Since the company was led by just my business partner and me, there were other related responsibilities.
