Coming back to the head-quarters after 6 years expatriation in Shanghai, China. I am now in charge of the Methods department of Bontaz Group.

Since January 2017, I have been promoted as Methods manager and I started to build a team. Bontaz Shanghai follows a big growth and the need to develop a Methods department was necessary. This in order to support Production, Quality and Maintenance. We focus on Process Validation, process improvement, quality issue solving, production efficiency, global factory efficiency, creating a global production system in order to follow and support the growth with all the Bontaz subsidiaries to get a common production system.

I volunteered when the headquarter proposed a position in Shanghai (China) for technical support. At the beginning, I did support the KAM for customer technical meeting about product design and review, I was mainly responsible to communicate with headquarter for all quality, production and maintenance issues. Then, by beginning of 2015, I only focus on the factory support and let aside the commercial topic. Which from that I have been promoted as Methods manager in January 2017.
