This function consisted of a range of different tasks and responsibilities; during the day I performed call centre and reception related tasks, during the evening and night I was responsible for the hospital’s security and directed and informed CPR teams in case of cardiac arrests and directed and informed emergency response teams in case of (overall) emergencies.
