In my position as Automation Engineer, I design new control technical equipment, modernize and upgrade safety of existing production lines according to the latest technologies (hardware and software). At operational level, I am responsible for communication towards the work floor and the customer side. As Automation Engineer I have a key role in the total electrical design; from power distribution right up to preparing the bill of materials for all the required electromechanical components. An important aspect of my work is to produce the control diagrams, using the maximum possible technology depth of Eplan.I provide the design and drawing sets for the production of the electrical enclosures and the total cabling specification, from materials right through to the installation drawings and assembly instructions for the installer. It is my task to draw up the design so that it is unambiguous and to explain it to the installer. My checklists are used for the commissioning of the complete installation, from connection right through to testing of the last I/O.As Automation Engineer I also design and program CPU controls meeting high quality demands on a project base. During the commissioning phase I am carry out functional testing of the CPU hardware and software. I am also integrate these in the overall control system. This position involves regular on-site working to commission the control systems. Finally, I am responsible for project reporting to the project leader, and I provide on-site user training.

After an impressive and instructive internship I continued to work at Rolco Europe. A small company which has many different aspects in the house where I could advance my ambitions. Started in the workshop and as the years passed, expeditiously grow direction junior engineer. The advantage is that I could associate theory during my study into the practice.Started working on designing and gained increasing responsibilities from here. Where eventually the complete hardware package for the machines were my responsibility. In addition to designing I have been with many installations to install, start-up and troubleshooting the machines.The intelligence of machines I always found very interesting. Over the years, numerous trainings followed at Siemens training center. Experience gained by participating ever larger shares of software and testing/commissioning the written programs. As knowledge grew, I designed increasingly full equipment from beginning (Hardware) to end phase (Software and commissioning at customer sites).

Started here for holiday work addition to school however after the first holiday I stayed for the weekends and holidays. During the holidays I worked in the warehouse. Some examples of activities: production operator, packer work until pastry employee. In the weekends I started with cleaning proceedings, later on I also did small maintenance on the machines, logistics and delivery of products to the customer.
