A challenging job during challenging times. But not as less fun. In September 2021 I started as a CRM Marketer at the CDA 💪.How do we keep people involved?; How do we reach as many people as possible?;How can we improve the customer journey?Some examples of questions I am faced with on a daily basis. From my study, I was immersed in practice right from the start. But I could also use my theoretical knowledge and apply it to practice.Through my new job, I learned my way in the wonderful world called Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. These two elaborate systems offer a wide range of possibilities to make 'clients' as involved as possible to an organization.My background in both marketing and behavioral economics serve as the proper stepping stones to accomplish this goal.
