2015/16 - Preparing C&WI operations for Land locations in the Netherlands for NAM. Prepared and completed 11 operations as C&WI Front End Design Engineer. Operations included Coiled Tubing, E-line, Slickline & Pumping. Total combined budget was ~3.5milEURO. Achieved 20% cost reduction on average in operations with all operations completed within the planned schedule.

Executed 4 completions as night completion supervisor. Achieving a reduction of the completion time by 40% as part of a team effort to improve operational duration. Supervising included all aspects of completions from pressure testing, creating tally to managing several subcontractors.Supervised various minor well head maintenance and pumping operations.

Completed Shell's Graduate Program.03/13 - 01/14: On the job learning and assisting in various C&WI disciplines: running completions, slickline, e-line, coiled tubing, well testing & wellhead maintenance at NAM onshore locations.02/14 - 06/14: Part of the completion design team working on an offshore deep horizontal multi-frac smart well design.

Completed my thesis on the Quick disconnect system of an Arctic FPSOUsed the I-TRIZ analysis method to approach the problem and OrcaFlex modelling software to create my model and test my theory.
