Compliance can be a complex and diverse field to navigate and at Pincvision we have all the specialists in house to guide your business in the fields of VAT, Intrastat, Environmental, Customs and Export Documents. My role lies in ensuring that companies are complying with (mainly) EU Directives and Regulations which are implemented differently all over Europe. This type of legislation is mainly driven by the Extended Producer Responsibility model (EPR) which entails that companies have to take care of their products, even after sales or when they eventually reach end-of-life.
