ChronoPay is a leading internet payment service provider, part of the RNP Holding. ChronoPay is an international processing platform. Today the company consists of the Holding with representative offices in several countries, offering processing services of online payments for any type of business.

I joined Cyber & mason as an account manager in 2009. Since 2012 I have been responsible for marketing and sales. As a commercial manager I lead a team of seven employees. The responsibilities include the realization of the forecasted turnover and order intake. We use three channels to realize our goals: direct sales, wholesale channel and by partners. My focus was to expand the partner sales. Cyber Mason has a strong focus for growth and new opportunities. To achieve growth we try to differentiate on selected segments; creating and maintain the propositions for these segments are important tasks. Last but not least are the marketing activities which also fall within the responsibilities of my job.

Afstudeeronderzoek naar de invloed van bronnen op het initiële vertrouwen en de koopintentie bij online verkoop. Hierbij is onderscheid gemaakt tussen de inhoud van de boodschap en de zender die de informatie verschaft.
