I chose recruiting as my career because I love putting the right people into the right jobs. As a senior member of Safeway’s Talent Acquisition team, I recruited for exempt positions at corporate headquarters and for 18 plants and 17 distribution centers, filling up to 120 jobs a year.Prior, I was on the staffing agency side as a successful senior technical recruiter (contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire) and did a stint recruiting accounting and finance executives.
