I’m the coordinator of the European University of Technology (EUt+) at the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences (h_da). As project manager my job is to establish and monitor the appropriate communication structures in order to support the team development. Further tasks include reporting to international stakeholders, the development and monitoring of the project KPI’s and the supervising and management of a budget up to 1.5Mio €. Between 2009 and 2020, I worked as a researcher and lecturer in the field of Audio Engineering at the faculty of Media (h_da) and at the Musikhochschule in Hamburg (HfMT). I built together with the Sound & Music Production students the audio recording and postproduction facilities of the h_da Media Campus in Dieburg. Leadership skills and a team oriented work, in addition to a strong organizational structure approach were crucial to get the job done.
