Through years of experience in the area of business development and marketing, working for law firms whether as corporates, start-ups or scale-ups, we have learned that it is often the execution that hurts most. The translation of a strategy into real action is at least as important as the strategy itself. Without a concrete plan and follow-up, a strategy often looks like a hollow shell.
