My role at FastTrack required me to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the management team. I had the responsibility of ensuring that timesheets are received, authorised and sent to the accounts team in time for deadlines in order to ensure all operatives are paid on time, making role calls to both clients and their operatives to check that the correct members are on the correct sites daily and entering new job vacancies on the appropriate recruitment sites. Similarly, I had to ensure operative details are entered correctly on the company database, standardise CVs to particular formats and ensure the correct documents are received and placed onto each operative files (and chase up those that weren't).

Whilst at university, I assisted in the production of the Style Section in the University magazine ‘Label’, taking on the role as the Stylist for photo shoots, using social networking to promote the section, and assisting in the creation of online and print articles. Our team recently organised a charity fashion show in support of Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.
