Co-Designed, co-developed, and piloted a unique student-interest driven esports specialty enrichment program in partnership with Engage360 / Santa Ana Unified School District.Designed, co-developed, piloted and expanded a Statewide STEM Enrichment Program from 4 to 80 centers in the first three years.Created an online curriculum delivery system using challenge-based micro-credentials with content areas including multimedia, making, and minecraft.Provided oversight and reporting of STEM pilots / programs throughout each region Statewide. Facilitated training and development of STEM content area knowledge and skills in small group and large group settings both through online and face-to-face settings.

Interacted with KNB Phaltan Elementary School in India through Skype facilitating conversations, activities, and exploring big questions.

Organized seasonal pay-what-you-can community pop-ups in partnership with other local organizations. Brought together a diverse demographic of people to build meaningful relationships over shared food, good music, collaborative art, while making a positive impact on the community.Developed the clothing line "Lotus Culture"as a partner project to potentially raise funds towards establishing a non-profit “pay-what-you-can” community cafe.

Led a team of thirteen individuals through the cultural orientation process.Taught practical English (speaking, listening, and writing) in after-school classes of elementary schools in rural areas by creating a unique student-interest driven curriculum and forming one-to-one working partnerships with students.
