Aviation was something I had knew nothing about turning into flying a Boeing 737 for Buffalo Airways. Launched and developed a new airline cargo operation at YEG Edmonton International Airport, carrying over 40000 lbs of cargo and building airliner training, systems, SOPs and CRM. This Boeing 737 Freighter will be the start of a great new opportunity for cargo in Canada, Northern Canada and North American operations along as a huge growth opportunity for Buffalo Airways and Edmonton International Airport CYEG.My aviation skillset is over 3200 total hours with 2900 of Pilot in Command; building a Boeing 737 Course for Buffalo, developing a Weight and Balance program for the 737 Freighter. Additionally FCOM/FCTM knowledge of the Boeing 737 CL/NG/MAX, Boeing 777/787 and Airbus A320 CEO/NEO.Prior to aviation, I worked in a variety of management roles at an Electronics Retailer Future Shop under Best Buy and Home Improvement Retailer Home Depot. From store, operations and sales management I had the opportunity to grow the business and help train and develop leaders and associates to be their best. My passion for leadership and training only increased working at these organizations and I have a wide variety of knowledge and experience to help consult others business professionals looking to grow their career.I want to build and enhance my career in Aviation and support those in the industry pilots and otherwise. Buffalo’s first airliner jet freighter was acquired in 2022 and will be based in Edmonton, Alberta. I've developed and implemented Boeing 737 aircraft training programs, be training 737 flight crew on SOP's and 737 operation, contribute to cargo operations, work with Transport Canada for 737 certification and help with the growth of Buffalo Airways new airline operation operating out of Edmonton International Airport.
