Jong Logistiek Nederland richt zich op studenten en Young Professionals in de logistiek & supply chain op hbo/wo niveau tot 30 jaar. En heeft als voornaamste doelen:● Ontwikkeling van studenten en pas afgestudeerden richting het bedrijfsleven;● Kennisuitwisseling en -ontwikkeling voor studerend en jong werkend Nederland;● Samenwerking om gezamenlijk Nederland als logistiek land te ontwikkelen;● Uitbreiden van het netwerk: kennismaken met studie- en vakgenoten uit het hele land.Momenteel telt JLN ongeveer 800 leden waarvoor gemiddeld 10-15 activiteiten per jaar worden georganiseerd. De activiteiten variëren van klein tot groot en worden georganiseerd door een 6-koppig hoofdbestuur en 15 actieve en enthousiaste regioambassadeurs.

• Group internship: Making an inbound dashboard with a team of 5 students for the business support department. • Outcome: a first version dashboard, a roadmap, a business case, an appointed product owner.

• Internship where I did research into redesigning the supply chain of the pallet truck. • Outcome: 6 recommendations how to lower the order lead time and the damage and stock costs and an introduction of a new logistics concept and measure system.

• Internship where I did exploratory research into the legal, pharmaceutical, logistic, and commercial feasibility of reissuing medicines and the possibility of setting up a return medicationcenter.• Outcome: 13 recommendations and a new estimation that 120-200 million euro worth of extramural medicines is spilled every year in NL.
