In my role of head of project team I have lead a team of project managers and project support working on various types of store and shop in shop developments. This with national and international clients and with a wide variety of design concepts. In this role I have managed concept development with our clients and external design agencies as well have worked on building a supplier network.

In this role responsible for roll out of Tommy Hilfiger branded areas and in store display/ fixture programs in EMEA region. Tasks in this role included overall management of the Shop in Shop build process/ working closely with internal design team on new concept development/ selection and tender suppliers and evaluate production/ on site management.Worked with internal customers such as TH countries, agents and franchise partners. In addition involved developing and improving internal processes, design development, supplier contacts and pricing. In this role contributed so substantial cost saving on fixture program.

The allocating of product was based on sales history and continued market research in each region.The merchandise planner combines market and product knowledge to ensure the highest possible depletion and turn over.
