My role involves orchestrating the event to ensure it offers a rich mix of activities, including engaging Pecha Kucha presentations, a concise and visually interesting presentation format.The Open Space format, often referred to as an 'unconference,' thrives on its collaborative and self-organizing nature. It stands in stark contrast to traditional conferences by fostering an environment where every participant is both a sender and a receiver, thereby enriching the exchange of ideas.Under my leadership, the event has seen extremely positive feedback. This role allows me to engage directly with professionals across various industries, expanding my network and contributing significantly to the Agile community.Facilitating this event resonates deeply with my professional ethos of fostering open communication and continuous learning, and it continues to be a fulfilling and enriching experience in my career journey.

www.futbal-spoluhrac.sk is an online service connecting football teams with players and vice-versa. For now, this is a one-man project. It serves as my lean startup playground. Initially, I set up a fake application and ad campaign to gauge interest. Upon confirming interest, I crafted and implemented the initial MVP, followed by an ad campaign and subsequent rounds of idea validation.The service utilizes a range of AWS technologies, including AWS Lambdas (Python), SNS, RDS (MySQL), SES, S3/CloudFront, and Angular. The primary goal was to provide a sufficiently robust solution.In addition to development, I managed various other concerns such as SEO, DNS, HTTPS, UX, GDPR compliance, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Facebook and Instagram ads with UTM tracking, and their optimization.

At GoHealth, my primary focus was to facilitate enterprise integrations between our internal systems and a variety of marketing automation tools, including Blueshift, Relay, and Zendesk. This role demands a deep understanding of system interoperability and a keen ability to tailor solutions to diverse technological environments.Previously, I contributed significantly to our shopping and enrollment platforms, where I was involved in coding front-end and back-end.My role extends beyond application logic and integration. I've gained extensive experience in various facets of software development, from crafting deployment pipelines to coding infrastructure using Terraform or setting up our systems to be able to trigger PagerDuty alerts when things go wrong. This diverse skill set has been instrumental in enhancing our systems' efficiency and reliability.A crucial aspect of my job is communication, especially with third-party partners. I excel in articulating technical concerns to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment of objectives. This skill has been vital in fostering productive collaborations and decision-making processes.Additionally, I actively engaged in consulting on critical topics such as estimation, backlog formation, and strategic planning with our product owners and leaders. My input in these areas had contributed to more efficient project management and alignment with our business goals.

As Scrum Master, I was setting up basic team ceremonies like plannings, groomings, demos, daily standups, and retrospectives. Coaching Product Owner to work with tools like product backlog, user stories and prioritization. Developers had to start to work towards clear sprint goals and priorities. We started with building team spirit and sharing knowledge and responsibility.Next step was to improve communication among development, sales department, and rest of the organization. Tools such as regular roadmap discussions, open space or lean coffee started to be used.

Agilia is a non-profit organization. It is a platform for exchange of knowledge among professionals who believe that it is possible to develop software in smart ways, agile ways.We used to organize meetups every 2 months in Bratislava (SK), Brno (CZ) and Prague (CZ). Our goal is to make the meetups as interactive as possible by introducing group activities or progressive formats such as lean coffee.
