One of the main benefits of this system is that it provides a visual approach to data selection and viewing. Users can select data of interest directly from a map to build datasets, see the results and generate multiple reports for analysis and documentation purposes. The system is in use by scientists to plan, collect, and analyze large amounts of field and analytical data. It allows the users to create environmental data sets with detailed reporting, graphing, and mapping capabilities.
