I started Eucalyptus Cocktails because of my passion for mixology and recipe development paired with high level execution and service. I have 14 years of experience in the restaurant/bar/events industry and have a unique point of view on how to be a step ahead in a fast paced, constantly evolving industry. Creating memorable connections and experiences for clients and their guests is why I love what I do! We provide this in two ways:Bartending private events with curated cocktails and mocktails for any occasion. This includes corporate events as well as personal events. (Ex. Venue opening, Product launch, Staff Party, Fundraiser, Wedding, Birthday etc.)Beverage consulting for restaurants and bars. From creating a few seasonal cocktails to developing a full bar program tailored to your business launch including full drink menu development, COGS analysis and staff training.
