Group General Counsel And Chief Compliance Officer
Current- In charge of Groupe Roullier legal practice, risk management (prevention and insurance) and ethics and compliance.- Lead a team of 8 legal practicionners and 7 risk managers.-Key activities on a worldwide perimeter : # design and deploy Ethics and Compliance program # sales' support (direct sales or through a distribution network) # commercial activities (supply/logistic contract) # projects' development (80+ industrial sites including mines) # litigation (commercial, administrative) # Intellectual Property (support to Group R&D center with 120 employees, IP portfolio - patent and trademark, 100+ partnerships with universities or gouvernmental research agencies) # corporate support (100+ affiliates) # acquisition or divestments of assets/companies # risk management and HSE - Conducting regular trainings to employees on ethics, antitrust, FCPA topics, contractual techniques.- Reporting to Group CEO - Member of executive committee- President of the Ethics and Compliance Committee About Groupe Roullier:Since 1959, the Groupe Roullier's teams have been meeting the real needs of industry in the sector.
