I worked for McLernons Computers as an IT Service Desk Technician. We provided bespoke hardware and software for the majority of pharmacies in Northern Ireland and Ireland. My day to day duties included managing my personal workload through a priority ticketing system, making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from shops that require a variety of software and hardware support and liaising with shops in regards to upgrades and license renewals
