• Design of Window Cleaning Equipment(BMU)/ Facade Access equipments• Design of BMU machine by using Solidworks/Inventor softwares.• Analysis by using softwares like ANSYS, Solidworks, Inventor, Staad Pro etc.• Work as a team for generating innovative solutions. • Responsible for the project and will ensure the satisfaction of project requirements. • Introduce the most efficient design through optimum utilization of material and manpower within customer’s specifications.• Prepare shop drawings for client’s approvals, review material requirements, recommend material reservation as to comply with delivery program.• Advice of necessary correction work to be carried on at site as to ensure smooth flow of installation work after the site survey, advises sales department immediately for any possible order variation.• Prepare production drawings, fabrication and assembly drawings using Solidworks & Autodesk Inventor.• Monitor the Installation works at site if necessary through random visits, ensure that Installation crew is complying with design drawings advises Production/Installation for better working methods.• Provide support to Clients and Estimation as and when required by sales Department.• Prepare presentation for submitting to the clients using Photoshop.
