Thereby focusing on the most relevant business dynamics. On a regular basis performing financial due diligence investigations for corporate and private equity investors, with to-the-point and efficient reporting of findings and observations. In the market for small and medium-sized businesses, investors often prefer to have a dedicated due diligence expert on the ground with a focus on the topics that really matter, rather than a broad team producing lengthy reports.When considering a sell-side divestment, I often perform a "Vendor assist" -analysis in preparation for an exit.
