With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate leader in people development at Select Medical, a national leading provider of post-acute health care services. As the VP of Talent Development, I oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of various programs and initiatives that enhance the skills, performance, and engagement of our employees. I also partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives and organizational culture. Some of my recent achievements include launching a new online development platform and company-wide program, while expanding our leadership development and enrichment efforts. My core competencies include employee relations, employee engagement, training and development, human resource operations, succession planning, labor relations, start-up and acquisition integrations, and recruiting, which I have developed and applied throughout my career at Select Medical, where I have held various HR roles, such as VP of HR Operations, Regional HR Director, and HR Manager. I hold an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Messiah University, a Bachelors in Psychology, and various certifications including a teaching certification in Elementary Education from Wilson College.
