Accomplished senior executive with over 20 years experience at the intersection of tech, finance and capital markets.At Forge Global (NYSE: FRGE), a rapidly growing FinTech, I held pivotal roles including President, COO and CRO, driving exponential growth and operational excellence. Leading a team of seven direct reports and over 150 talented individuals, I managed diverse functions including Operations, Go-to-Market, Product, Human Resources, Business and Corporate Development. Under my leadership the business grew profitably from $20M to $125M in revenues. I was instrumental in building and fostering a collaborative culture and implementing the operational infrastructure critical to scale the business, culminating in a successful $2BN IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.Prior to Forge, I worked at the New York Stock Exchange as Head of Tech Capital Markets. As the senior West Coast representative, I led a team of business development professionals and provided strategic counsel to CEO's of Tech IPO prospects as well as the venture capital, private equity, investment banking and legal communities. Before joining the NYSE, I was a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking practice of Cowen and Head of Internet and Digital Media at Piper Jaffray. While leading teams at the NYSE and as an Investment Banker, I leveraged interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills to partner with C-Suite Execs and Board Members to successfully complete over 65 financing and M&A transactions representing north of $50BN in transaction value for both public and private companies. Prior to my financial career, I proudly served as a U.S. Navy SEAL where I honed invaluable leadership skills through various roles and deployments across diverse regions including South and Central America, Europe and the Middle East. I graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with merit and earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
