Provide technical assistance to mobile broadband with coverage 2G, 3G, 3.5G and 3.5G Plus for Blackberry services, cellular of all brands in the market and USB Modem to customers of Movistar, Spain. Check the settings for connecting to data in mobile OS (Android, Windows Mobile, Symbian, etc.). Check proper functionality of third party applications (Outlook, Instant Messaging, Social Networking, Video conferencing, etc.) to data. Perform sampling, testing and novel connections of coverage in the Mobile Network. Setting up email accounts, profiles and parameterization of Black Berry device functionality and management applications. Checking and changing parameters of the moving lines on the platform of mobile database (HLR). Application Configuration for connecting to data via the USB Modem brand (Huawei, ZTE, Novatel, etc.). Provide monitoring, analysis and solution to incidents in different services.
