• Primarily responsible for developing image processing tools, maintaining the image processing and analytical pipeline, and executing image analysis for the Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center Imaging Core. Also serve as the image data manager for data-sharing initiatives with national and multi-institutional efforts.• Responsible for the development of medical image analysis tools for multiple modalities (MR, CT, PET) in a wide array of tasks including data curation, image preprocessing, segmentation, and registration. • Developed models using Machine Learning and Deep Learning for computer-aided diagnosis and clinically applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) tasks in neuro- and oncological-imaging applications. • Mentored students and trainees on image processing and analytical techniques.• Participated and assisted in grant writing and publication activities.
