(Electrical and Hydraulic control).

Areas: Building and Equipment (Injection and Transfer Molding Machines) .• Administrate MRO, Tool Room and Maintenance of Building and Equipment’s (Control plan of parts whit low or high rotation, Made most of the machine shop service in plant, reduce cost of corrective and preventive maintenance, improve predictive maintenance).• Implement Productivity, Engineering and Lean Manufacturing Projects.• Management Capital and Expense Budget.• Implementation of TPM and OEE (Documentation, implementation and Training).• Redesign molding tooling to reduce scrap and molding use of molding machines, improve equipment of wiring assemblies.• Maintenance structure of 1 Maintenance Supervisor, MRO clerk, 2 machine shop technician and 5 electromechanics. • Eliminate penalty of Electricity Power factor.
