List of projects• Staples POS servers for 300+ retail stores: Coordinate with vendors and support teams on deploying new POS Servers for 300 stores. • Staples Tech Services website (Desktop and Mobile): Led team of users and developers to design, develop, and implement Staples Tech Services, a new customer-facing website to facilitate digitalization of warranties and tracking of claims, repairs, and payouts under warranty. The site was designed using a prototype with the tool Axure. It was the first mobile app developed in-house.• Staples School Tools website: Lead team of users and developers to design, develop and implement Staples School Tools. This new customer-facing website supports a 2 million dollars a year program that delivers customized packages to schools on the first day of the school year.• Staples Health and Safety Website: Application that allows managers in the 300+ stores to enter the results of the monthly Health and Safety inspection, enter issues, and track them until resolution. • Staples PCI Compliance: Led various cross functionals teams to ensure Staples Canada PCI compliance by February/2019. • Implement PASS application phase 2 using MiniNet5: Card reader devices were upgraded (Mininet2 to MiniNet5) to link to a centralized Meter Read Application that keeps track of the clicks used to pay for the use of the leased copiers, reducing the cost associated with manual click counting. Mininets5 provided the ability to print from USB Keys and Cloud Services like DropBox, which has increased sales to the Copy and Print Centers where they have been installed.

List of projects: • Implement PASS application phase 1: Leading cross-functional teams responsible for implementing Pay at Self Serve (PASS), an application to integrate the self-serve copy area with the POS system. Significant reduction of waste and shrinkage, plus the elimination of manual sales reconciliation at the end of the day in all 300+ locations. • Integration Staples Business Depot and Corporate Express: Gather business requirements to interface replenishment, purchase orders, and receiving goods information between Staples Business Depot and Corporate Express. Create User Acceptance Tests to test newly integrated systems.• Deploying new hardware/software in the 300+ retail stores: Endless Aisle Kiosk, PC Rental, Gift Cards Mall, MiniNet5, and Firewalls.• Benefits Access: Corporate application that allows Staples associate to change their benefits (Health, dental, life insurance, etc.). Designed the look and feel of the website. Lead QA process with the payroll team.• Staples Customer CARE New Site: Corporate application that allows Customer CARE associates to log and follow up on customer issues and complaints.• Gift Card Mall: Offer customers a wide variety of products and brand names in Staples Canada retail stores in the form of a Gift Card Mall to capitalize on the growing demand for convenient gift cards. Includes a reconciliation process to validate Staples sales versus vendor authorizations to eliminate fraudulent activities.

• Supported Staples Order Entry System, which is the back-end system of Staples.ca and Staples.com• Utilized AS/400, RPG, CL, SDA, PDM, Query/400.

List of projects:• Realtime Sales Processing for 80 retail stores: Analyze, design, implement, maintain and test an application that processed and transmitted sales from the 80 retail stores to the back-end AS/400 system. The legacy process was manual (Grand and Toy).• Automation of purchase orders: The creation of orders in the System 21 Manufacturing module was done automatically based on inventory levels (AMP of Canada). • Data conversion: Review, clean up, and transmit inventory and purchasing data from System 21 to SAP (AMP of Canada).• Coordinate physical inventories: Provide guidance and support to customers of System 21 when running yearly physical inventories (AMP of Canada and Dynasoft Solutions).• Install, support, and train users of System 21 at customer sites in Latin America and the Toronto office.
