    Electronic assemblies (ASSY process) - Automotive sector, where I was Manufacturing Engineer (FMEA, Control Plan, assembly-line balancing, work instructions, daily verification checklist, PPAP, IMDS, samples OK/NG, MSA and CPK). I also applied methods of problems solution like Ichikawa (5 M) and 8Ds (ICAR).I was Kaizen-Lean Supervisor and ESD Supervisor. I was Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Supervisor of ASSY production equipment (implementation of downtime record book and Andon systems). I was analysis and repair technicians Supervisor, and I also was Equipment and test engineering Supervisor.I was NPI (New Products Introduction) Engineer. I implemented the conformal coating process and laser marker process. I was responsible for new product launches (critical specifications, BOM, Layout, Flow chart, APQP, and ECR). I introduced new production models for automotive clients according with product specifications, coordinating the general activities involving all company areas (multidisciplinary team) and coordination of pre-productions ensuring on-time delivery of new products.I was Equipment integration and electrical test Engineer, and I was responsible of tooling design (SolidWorks) for ASSY process (PCB router, Selective/DIP soldering, ICT, FCT and FW) and some SMT process in the company, and the manufacturing and introducing of new equipment (DOE with Minitap, CPK and MSA), fixtures, Poka Yoke, pallets, jigs and gauges (machine shop external suppliers), focused to comply the required specifications for new manufacturing processes and customer requirement according with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 standards. I also participated to eliminate defects and scrap: I did a project to reduce problems for programming IC chip in PCB saving in scrap an average of US$3,600 per month. And I did continuos improvement projects: I implemented of universal pallets for different models of SMT and ASSY process saving an average of US$22,000 by model.

    Seatbelts, Retractors-Pretensioners, Buckles and ATL's areas- Automotive sector, where I solved problems by means of the analysis (8Ds), applying knowledge of Manufacture, Electronics, Electricity, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Artificial Vision (Vision system Banner and Keyence), Control and Automation (Omron PLC, Siemens PLC, Allen-Bradley PLC, Nais-Panasonic PLC and Keyence PLC). I gave support in the corrective maintenance, TPM and SMED to automatic machines, to reduce the downtime and the number of repetitive calls using the 5-step problem solving method. Also I interfered in the modification of fixtures by means of drawing of the materials and specifications using the PLM program and the quality standard TS-16949 generating work orders, Kaizen and Yokoten. It is necessary to mention that I took part in the functioning of the new machinery (new models) and the integration of Poka-Yokes, likewise I intervened in experimental designs (DOE) to determine parameters of the setup papers, and finally I realized technical work instructions, tree of faults, visual helps and and I modified some programs in production equipment (PLCs) to introduce improvements.I implemented in Seatbelts's area a method called “Gray Bin” to reduce the consumption of parts for repetitive replacements in the production machines with the intention of reducing downtime and costs in the machinery, where several improvements were realized monthly and the report of the impact in the reduction of calls and downtime for machinery. Resulting in enormous savings in parts replacement (saving of 2,500 dollars every month), projects were developed to eliminate chronic problems in the lines of production, and there were detected the strengths and weaknesses of the technicians to train them when it was necessary and to improve their performance.

Realize routines of inspection and detection of anomalies to machines, documenting them by means of software designed for corrective actions (ANDON).I implemented mechanical improvements in TRIM's machine (ACR) to avoid recurring failures in the same area (loader) by means of the design (AutoCAD), work order, installation and monitoring to reach the production target with the decrease in down time and reducing machine cycle.
