Supervise over 15 employees. Duties include follow-up of assigned work, staff scheduling, delegating work orders, maintaining POM logs, PM’s as regulated by TDH, CMS and TJC. My duties include collaboration with Nurse Managers and Department Directors to provide best outcomes for the hospital. Create a positive attitude in POM department to ensure associate engagement and best practices. Create Purchase Orders for Contractors, equipment and supplies needed to complete repairs. Presently assisting contractors and architects with reconstruction of the new Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. Extensive work history in HVAC duties as follows, preventative maintenance and repair of physical plant equipment consisting of Air Handler Units, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Boilers, which include annual PM’s, opening of Boiler, Brushing Tubes, Removing McDonald Valves, side Glass, Manhole Covers and closing of boiler. The maintaining and repairing of all pumps and motors, Air Conditioning/Heating System, Electrical Fixtures, Plumbing System, Chemical treatment System, Kitchen equipment, Pneumatic Valves/Actuators and Pneumatic Tube System. Maintain and repair Hill Rom hospital beds and Total Care ICU beds.

My duties included Preventative maintenance and repair of physical plant. Equipment repairs consisting of Air Handler Units, cooling Tower, Chillers, Boilers, All Pumps, Air condition/Heating Systems, Electrical Fixtures, Plumbing System, Chemical Treatment System, Pneumatic Actuators and Valves as well as all Kitchen equipment.

Chillers, Cooling Tower, Chill Water Piping, Heating, Pumps and Motors. Maintaining all Kitchen equipment for all areas of the resort.

My duties included but were not limited to Employee Scheduling, Purchase Orders for the department. I worked on Chill Water and Domestic Refrigerant systems, Boilers, and Air Handler Coils. Plumbing, Air Condition/Heating Repairs as well as Adjustment and Calibration of Thermostats and Electrical.
