Rack Decommission Tech - The Decommissioning Technical team is responsible for processing and facilitating large scale legacy Data Center equipment through a liquidation process to ensure that targeted equipment is ready to be removed off premises. Team process large volumes of customer data to ensure that all customer data is sanitized and properly managed.Amazon Data Centers takes customer data with the utmost importance, without variance and adhere to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that ensures customer data is protected and properly handled.

• Driving a positive and engaged associate base by participating in and communicating engagement activities and other employee relations related task.• Supporting the HR Team with new hire orientation by helping with necessary I-9 and paperless new hire employment documents, assigning and maintaining lockers and ensuring accurate timekeeping for those new hires.• Creating reports and assisting operations with research and analyzation of trends with attrition, attendance, unpaid time, roster management.• Using people portal, people insight or HRBI reports to research and analyze data to impact HR metrics and working on projects geared toward impacting HR metrics such as attrition and attendance.
