As the Administrator of the BBC Shop under the supervision of the Head of E-Commerce, I held a key role in overseeing and optimizing the operations of both the US and Canada shops. The presentation involved in-depth research and analysis, covering the following key aspects:-Thorough investigation of the Amazon Associates program, assessing its potential benefits and drawbacks for BBC's specific needs and goals-Detailed exploration of the advantages of leveraging affiliate marketing as a strategy to augment BBC's revenue and expand its product offerings-Identification and recommendation of suitable Shopify apps to streamline the integration process and minimize the burden on the IT department-Strategically selecting products from popular franchises like Doctor Who and Bluey, proposing their integration from Amazon to the BBC Shop to attract a broader audience and boost sales
