Responsible to analyze and identify areas of opportunity for 7 different building locations. - Identify and implement of a completely new POS system for all facilities that fit the companyneeds, including re-structure of network to provide a more efficient, robust and full onlinesolution to help monitor and control the sales of all locations.- Train and assist the new technology and features transition for over 150 employees in 7different locations.- Responsible to follow up and implement changes to improve user experience for all businessoperation needs working with different teams.- Assist on the redefinition of business operations equation to optimize and assure sales cost aremeeting the business goals.

Design Release Engineer for Power Signal Distribution System (Global Launch)- Responsible of 2 global platforms Chevrolet Malibu MY 2016+ & Buick Lacrosse MY 2019+, leading the implementation of design changes of life product for 3 different harness families (Instrument Panel, Center Console & Headliner).- Collaboration with multiple teams and regions for full design implementation, with the challenges of over 70 driven variations affecting directly the design and part complexity.- Release and support of parts designed for multiple vehicle assembly plants located globally; USA (2), China (1) & S. Korea(1).

Working in Design and Release, integrating different requirements and specifications from different systems for Driver Information and Electronic Finish Panels.This include working with suppliers input areas, to analyze, diagnostic and solve different issues during the release process to achieve the desired product
