In the last few years I have worked on my own providing financial advisory services where I have performed the following activities: • Financial statement analysis comparing figures from previous periods with the balances presented for the current year or established budget. • Studies of relevant variations between periods to evaluate the origin and impact caused in the finances. • Calculation of financial indicators related to liquidity and working capital of the companies. Calculation and interpretation of cash flow and free cash flow (FCF). • Development of investment plans (Financial Modeling) to evaluate feasibility, performance, and return of business ideas.

For almost 2 years I worked as an audit assistant for PwC Venezuela, some of the main activities I performed during this time were :• Participation in various assurance assignments mainly within agro-industry sector.• Performed financial audits in accordance with IFRS and Venezuelan auditing standards.• Data manipulation with Excel through pivot tables to summarize total amount by a period of time or clients in accounting items like account receivable, account payables, etc.• Perform substantive and analytical audit procedures in key financial areas such as treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc. • Perform end-of-period inventory counts for different companies with their respective documentation and reconciliations to prove the existence and accuracy of the figures presented at the end of the period. • Perform reconciliations on different accounting items such as cash and equivalents, revenues, expenses, etc.
