I was responsible for scheduling of branches, communication with all branch managers, procurment of hardware, all logistics including getting hardware and deployment technicans to site, and coordinating the disposal of old hardware. * Used Team Foundation Server tools to track project and collaborate with other team members. Tracked hardware inventory and budgets and reported progress to project stakeholder. Additionally, I collaborated with the Support Desk, Network Teams and Software Deployment teams to ensure a smooth transition to new equipment for each of the branches.

• Managed, monitored and tracked tasks, timelines and deliverables for the projects to upgrade the corporate messaging infrastructure and deploy additional support servers to implement an enterprise collaboration platform. Included in the project was the refresh of all the Windows operating systems on all of the existing servers. • Responsible for managing all phases of application development project to create an in-house internal onboarding web application, using Agile Project Management methodologies. Assembled and directed a project team of 14 members across multiple departments including 4 asp.net developers and SQL database designers. Led sprint planning meetings, daily scrums, sprint review and retrospectives and lead the product refinement process.

• Project Lead for a large scale deployment of new PC's, including an upgrade of end user software tools, across six states for Federal Employees. Managed the tracking and quality assurance of each deployment. Was in charge of assigning tasks, workload and priority to all 6 of the deployment technicians on this project. Managed logistics and budget for the deployment project.• Project manager for Wi-Fi implementation for the City of Elgin’s public school system. Managed this 2 part project to implement wireless and to install the smart boards in all the classrooms. Travelled to each school with wireless, smart board and networking technical personnel to map out the schools and classrooms and installed wireless routers in the best locations to ensure good connectivity.

I also coordinated all communication between teams and to upper management for the entire duration of this project.• Collected requirements, designed, documented and formalized project management processes including end user training and support of new processes.

• Fully developed Lotus Notes Databases to track the status of large scale projects. This database was created in such a manner that little, if any modifications to the code needed to be made. Most of the customization can be configured via configuration documents. Approval and workflow was integral to this application and constantly changing. Therefore, configuration documents were used for this as well. I was left to develop the application on my own; I designed, developed and fully tested all aspects of this database.

• Worked on the Enterprise Lotus Notes team of 4 administrators responsible for over 150 servers and 12,000 users in a global environment. Responsible for all severs in Latin America and the Caribbean and was also the Project Lead in streamlining the replication and mail routing topology. • Managed and coordinated the migration of users as we consolidated 45 servers. Assisted in the rollout of new hardware including configuration of hardware, operating system and Domino on the new servers including the responsibility of developing, implementing and supporting Windows NT LAN infrastructure.
