Formulate Sales and Marketing Budget targets and approve Budget expenditures;Execute realization of budget targets; Oversee and coordinate efforts of Sales Engineers to develop new business in Latin America;Oversee and coordinate the contact of current and prospective customers in Latin America to determine their needs and to promote solutions;Oversee, direct and coordinate all necessary activities related to the sale of Rampf Molds’ products and services, as well as products the company is handling as a commissioning agent;Oversee and coordinate interaction with suppliers to provide optimum service to customers in Latin America;Represent the company at trade shows and industry meetings;Coordinate, liaise and work with Marketing department to develop appropriate marketing materials aimed at the company’s Latin America market; andConfer with other department heads as needed (e.g., to plan Marketing/Advertising efforts as well as to secure information on equipment and customer specifications).
