Responsibilities- managing the day-to-day functionality of a full service residential mortgage company. I managed 4 offices with over 100 loan officers and 4 office managers. I was stationed at the corporate office and was responsible for overseeing all of the operations staff as well. I ran all of the company's marketing and personally increased production from 1.5 million to 30 million a month in my tenure. At First Empire I developed a Hispanic radio marketing ad that created over 300 inbound calls a day. I was also in charge of Human resources for this company in which we had zero counts of harassment or loan fraud.

Responsibilities- managing and training the sales staff for a very successful mortgage banking company. My job included but was not limited to daily meetings with the President and CEO to discuss loan production and set target goals. I coordinated special events and incentives for the staff to boost morale and increase sales. I Attended the Mortgage Bankers Conference in Florida to represent our company and look for new business opportunities. I also was in charge of researching and developing new marketing territories both in and out of the state. I wrote our first radio ad that ran on KFWB and developed all of the flyers and mail pieces for the company. I also had zero complaints from any consumer advocacy groups or individuals regarding our marketing tactics. During my tenure sales were increased by 135%.

Responsibilities- My job was to manage 15 loan officers and 2 processors and answer to the area manager. I was promoted to manager after being a loan officer for 5 months, this was the fastest promotion in the area's history. While I ran the Pasadena office I was consistently in the top 10 in the country out of 46 offices. I was honored as a member of the Presidents Club twice.

Performed a variety of healthcare services for service members and their families. I worked in a pediatric clinic that had 100 appointments daily and was a member for the Sprint search and rescue team. I also had the opportunity to serve with the Marine Corps attached to 3rd FSSG in Okinawa,Japan.
