I am a licensed mental health therapist with a passion for the social services and helping those in need. My diverse experience has allowed me the opportunity to work with clients and patients with different needs such as struggles with depression, anxiety, substance use, involvement with the Juvenile Justice system, and eating disorders. My client/patient centered approach focuses on meeting the individual where they are at to help them reach a sense of empowerment where they feel they have the skills needed in order to make improvements in their lives.
