I started my Safety career 52 years ago. Just fresh out of college looked like an interesting job, for someone people oriented. The first part as a compliance officer during 11 years with PROSHA gave me the right background to understand that people 's well-being was more than about rules and regulations. Behavior based methods became my main goal when joined the Pharmaceutical industry back in 1983. Since then, have being a joy and a blessing to be able to reach out and also make so many friends. While focusing on ensuring everyone goes home safely and healthy, with fun included, I noticed my real passion is all about the fellows that are trying to make a living and ensuring they are well protected. Have being a long journey, but with countless satisfaction and blessings. I like to count my blessings and enjoy my last few months in my career, happy to seeing so many professionals striving for my same lifetime passion. Having the opportunity to make choices and be a difference on many people's life it's awesome. No longer working for the money but for the fun and rewarding experience it's my drive, and very graceful to those who were my partners and friends during this very long trail.
