Eric is an entrepreneur who is among the principal owners of three companies, of which he also takes active part in managing. He is the Managing Director of Tritek Reverse Logistics Corporation. Tritek services the reverse logistics and waste management requirements of Unilever Philippines, Alaska Milk Corporation-Friesland Campina, Universal Robina, Monde Nissin, LF Logistics, San Miguel Foods, Green Cross Inc., Del Monte Philippines, Perfetti Van Melle, AB Mauri Philippines, Mondelez International, among others. Eric is also Board Chairman of Universal Outsource (UNO) Service Cooperative, a resource-outsourcing organization, and the Chief Marketing Officer and EVP Finance and Administration of PentaSafe Solutions Marketing Inc., a marketing company of Personal Protective Equipment, and Director of TerraCycliq Corporation, a Davao-based waste management company. Eric completed his BSEconomics from the Colegio De San Juan De Letran and later took his MBA at De La Salle University. He had complemented this with more than 30 years of senior managerial experience in marketing, trade and distribution sales and operations, product management, advertising, market research, sales forecasting, logistics operations and efficiency management, and financial management.Eric has held the position of Sales and Marketing Director of a start-up third-party logistics firm and was also the Country Marketing and Channels Manager of a foreign-based software manufacturing organization, responsible for channel distribution development in the North / South America, and Europe territories. As Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for a transnational flat glass corporation, he headed its Luzon provincial operations covering the construction, industrial, and the automotive industries. He was also Market Research and Development Manager for a manufacturing and events promotions firm doing marketing plans, market surveys, developing econometric and multiple regression forecasting models.Specialties: Eric has done communications consultancy and writing workshops for multinational companies as a Consultant for The Mentor Group. He was writer and editor of campus and corporate publications from elementary to all of his professional career. He was speech writer for CEOs and wrote newspaper columns for officers of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI). He was also involved in several business advocacy groups including the PCCI-CCG in its battle against technical smuggling.
