- Sales support liaison between production, design and shipping departments. - Reach out, assist and conduct market appointments and sales presentations and exceeding sales goals with both domestic and international accounts.- Create manipulate/review sales tools according to each account’s needs using CADS and images. Maintain and develop effective communication and relationships with accounts. - Direct line of communication between sales team and buyers. Follow up with factory merchandisers, requests for PP and TOP samples. - Charge-back management, disputes and reports. Identify - new account prospects. - EDI knowledge.

- Offer the sales team the required technical knowledge that will assist them in selling a product- Perform as reference points for all requests related to products and collaborate with other staff in addressing any matter arising- Assist with style out of seasonal trends Including assignment of art work and layouts.- Assist prior during and post bi- yearly trade shows, set up, merchandising, product layout, preparation and general logistics.- Maintain close connection with sales team to evaluate reactions to and suitability of present promotional material and to ensure optimal use of printed promotional material.- Prepare and update order and spread sheets.- Edit clean and organanize raw images in preparation for catalogue books and sales orders. - Bimonthly update quantities of stocks and inventory sheets for catalogs. - Handle product displays and assist with product merchandising.- Coodrinate and carry out all general showroom presentation.
