Working as point of contact for Softtek for pre-sales, operations and administrative.- Delivery Manager of the AMS Project for SAT client, working both On Site and on the GDC with an engagement of 200 resources. Responsible for Support and Maintenance team for Softtek with the customer and 3rd party teams.- Delivery Manager for Grupo VIZ client, working On Site with an engagement of different teams (Service Desk, AMS L2, App Dev, Testing, SAP, Security, ITIS, BI).
